Manufacturing
When it comes to vehicle advertising or vinyl graphic wraps for bus, van or truck fleet, Avion Transportation Graphics' manufacturing process is second-to none and ensures that our clients' orders are processed accurately and archived efficiently for future reference.
- Each decal item is issued a part number accompanied with a specification blueprint for pre-approval
- All orders and parts will be included in our bar-coding process
- On large orders, each part will be kept in pre-determined quantities and inventory within our temperature-maintained facility.
- All inventories of in-house stock will be available for immediate shipment within 24 hours.
- All inventory, shipments, and re-orders are tracked and archived electronically, giving you, the customer, complete control of your current and future projects.
- All products will meet our standard U.S. DOT and FAA quality control standards.
Installation

Our national network of installation crews are experts in a full range of vehicle graphics. We can handle installation of any size at any location in the U.S. and are members of the United Application Standards Group and Professional Decal Application Association.
With more than twenty five years experience in Airline identification and de-identification, Avion Graphics understands the dynamics of the removal process. This is the exact reason we only utilize “Easy Removal” high-performance, cast vinyl.
We understand with a vast variety of vinyl’s some competitors use, that removing old, unwanted lettering logos is an expensive time consuming project. There is no vinyl we are unable to remove!
Our trained personnel use multiple procedures to remove all vinyl and adhesives from whatever surface is covered leaving it smooth, clean and ready for your new graphics!
In-House Design
Our experienced staff can take you from concept to installation, allowing you to focus on other things. Using the latest computer technology to allow for easy file transfer, we work with you to create an attractive initial design and prepare final renderings for your approval. Take advantage of our in house staff for new, creative designs as opposed to expensive design firms.
Free Design Layout
We have the latest range of vehicles in our computer library, enabling us to provide you with a 24"x30" full-color visual, prior to production. These can be shipped to you within 72 hours once the artwork is received.
Digital Printing
By sourcing all or our design and production in-house, Avion has the ability to concept, create and output any project from start to finish.
Our investments in the latest technology in full-color digital printing enables us to output at 720 dpi or greater which is certain to enable your signage to reflect attention-grabbing imagery. Using the highest quality materials from 3M, Avery and Arlon, we take pride in providing top-quality graphics and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Cut Vinyl
Our cut vinyl selection consists of 3M, Avery and Arlon. We stock a vast color range of matte and gloss finishes. Also available to you are specialty vinyl such as mirrored finish, fluorescent, reflective and translucent products. Special PMS colors are available with a minimum order of 6000 square feet or more. All vinyl products are high-performance, 2 mil thickness with grades up to 10 years of long-lasting luster.
